This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.
This protocol is designed as a long-term follow-up study of participants who will receive CAR-T cells as part of a clinical trial at the Medical College of Wisconsin/ Froedtert Hospital.
