Participation Criteria

Researchers look for people who fit a certain description, called eligibility criteria. Some examples of these criteria are a person's general health condition or prior treatments.

Ages Eligible for Study:1 Week to 90 Years
Sexes Eligible for Study:ALL
Accepts Healthy Volunteers:No
Standard Ages:CHILD, ADULT, OLDER_ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Any individual with possible food allergy (as per their clinical history) who is interested in performing the gold standard food challenge for diagnosis.
  1. * Any individual who does not consent
  2. * Any individual who is currently taking oral steroids
  3. * Any individual with moderate to severe asthma (FEV1\<80%)
