Study Overview

This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Participation Criteria

Standard Ages:ADULT, OLDER_ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. 1. Male or female patients ≥ 18 years of age at the time of informed consent
  2. 2. Has been diagnosed with or is suspected to have one of the following:
  3. 1. Monoclonal Gammopathy of Undetermined Significance (MGUS)
  4. 2. Smoldering Multiple Myeloma
  5. 3. Multiple Myeloma
  6. 4. Bony or Soft Tissue Plasmacytoma
  7. 5. Primary Amyloidosis
  1. Pregnancy or breastfeeding
  2. Severe psychiatric disorders
  3. Active substance abuse
  4. Unstable medical conditions
  5. Inability to comply with study requirements
