Study Overview

This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

MRI-based sequences can provide non-invasive quantification of intratumoral 2-hydroxyglutarate (2HG) distribution and tumor cellularity in human gliomas and help guide the development of novel glioma therapies.

Participation Criteria

Standard Ages:ADULT, OLDER_ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Adults (≥18 year old)
  2. * Subjects with suspected or confirmed gliomas and who will have a medically indicated biopsy or resection of his/her brain lesion.
  1. * Adults unable to consent
  2. * Individuals who are not yet adults (infants, children, teenagers)
  3. * Pregnant women
  4. * Patients unable to have MRI done
