Participation Criteria

Standard Ages:CHILD, ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Subjects with known diagnosis of PHP1A and PHP1B
  2. * Age \>5 years
  1. * • Significant kidney disease, i.e. any CKD stage
  2. * Hypercalciuria
  3. * Kidney stones
  4. * Severe Heart disease
  5. * Uncontrolled seizure disorder
  6. * Peptic ulcer
  7. * Liver dysfunction
  8. * Bleeding disorder
  9. * Allergy to theophylline preparation
  10. * Muscle disorder
  11. * Infection
  12. * Any neurologic disease
  13. * Chronic drugs interacting with theophylline
