This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

This study is being done to answer the following question: What are the supportive care needs of informal caregivers of people with Erdheim-Chester disease and other histiocytic diseases?

Participation Criteria

Standard Ages:ADULT, OLDER_ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Self-identified informal caregiver (family member or friend who provides unpaid support) for a patient with Erdheim-Chester Disease (or LCH, RDD, or JXG for the exploratory aim).
  2. * Proficiency to complete study assessments in English, evaluated at the time of consent.
  3. * Age 18 or over.
  1. * Participant unwilling to sign consent.
  2. * Participant unable to complete web-based assessments.
