Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Patients planned for PCNL at participating institutions
  2. * Age ≥ 18 years old
  3. * Male and female patients
  4. * Patients of all ethnic backgrounds
  5. * Stone size 10-20mm
  1. * Conversion to open procedure
  2. * Multiple access tracts
  3. * Anticoagulated or history of coagulopathy
  4. * Preoperative ureteral stent or nephrostomy tube placement
  5. * Technical problems/impossibility of localizing the stone on the day of intervention
