  • * Patients diagnosed with Alpha-1 Antitrypsin Deficiency (PiZZ, PiZNull, PiSZ etc.)
  • * Alpha-1 carriers (PiMZ, PiMS etc.)
  • * Failure to provide informed consent
  • * Normal healthy individuals (MM)
