Study Overview

This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

This protocol describes a prospective cohort study. It addresses an important challenge in the prevention of colorectal cancer and duodenal cancer: how to safely and effectively remove large polyps.

Participation Criteria

Researchers look for people who fit a certain description, called eligibility criteria. Some examples of these criteria are a person's general health condition or prior treatments.

Ages Eligible for Study:18 Years
Sexes Eligible for Study:ALL
Accepts Healthy Volunteers:Yes
Standard Ages:ADULT, OLDER_ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Any patient ≥18 who presents for an upper endoscopy or colonoscopy and who does not have criteria for exclusion
  2. * Patients with a ≥20mm colon polyp
  3. * Patients with a ≥10mm duodenal polyp
  1. * Patients who are receiving an emergency endoscopy
  2. * Patients with coagulopathy with an elevated INR ≥1.5, or platelets \<50
  3. * Poor bowel preparation
  4. * Pregnancy
