Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Nulliparous pregnant women \>/= 37 weeks gestation
  2. * Singleton pregnancies
  3. * Admission for induction of labor or spontaneous labor
  1. * Multiple gestations
  2. * Multiparous patients
  3. * Patients with major fetal anomalies
  4. * Not on oxytocin at the time of complete cervical dilation
  5. * Patients with fetal head visible at the perineum on diagnosis of complete cervical dilation
  6. * Maternal medical condition that prohibits prolonged second stage
