Study Overview

This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

This study will develop prison reentry materials for Veterans leaving prison.

Participation Criteria

Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Veteran with mental illness and/or substance use disorder released from prison within the past 36 months
  1. * psychosis or cognitive impairment precluding active participation
