This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

The goal of the study is to learn more about tests that can assess lung health in children with Down syndrome.

Participation Criteria

Researchers look for people who fit a certain description, called eligibility criteria. Some examples of these criteria are a person's general health condition or prior treatments.

Ages Eligible for Study:3 Years to 18 Years
Sexes Eligible for Study:ALL
Accepts Healthy Volunteers:No
Standard Ages:CHILD, ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Children aged 3 to 18 years, inclusive, at time of consent
  2. * Diagnosis of Down syndrome/trisomy 21 or mosaicism
  3. * Able to walk
  4. * Had a swallow study (video fluoroscopic swallow study or fiberoptic endoscopic evaluation of swallowing) performed within 5 years of consent date
  1. * Pregnant or lactating
  2. * Nonambulatory
  3. * Have a tracheostomy or other known severe glottic or subglottic obstruction that would significantly affect the results of testing
  4. * Have a significant acute respiratory illness, defined as treatment with steroids, antibiotics, or an increase in supplemental oxygen
  5. * have a medical illness that would a)increase the risk the participate would incur by participating in the study, b) interfere with the outcomes of the study, or c) interfere with the performance of study participants
  6. * Have a severe behavioral problem that would interfere with the performance of study procedures
