Study Overview

This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

This research is a prospective study in which the purpose is to investigate the clinical outcomes following the transfer of a mosaic embryo (presence of both chromosomally normal and abnormal cells) that has been screened for preimplantation genetic testing (PGT).

Participation Criteria

Researchers look for people who fit a certain description, called eligibility criteria. Some examples of these criteria are a person's general health condition or prior treatments.

Ages Eligible for Study:18 Years to 45 Years
Sexes Eligible for Study:FEMALE
Accepts Healthy Volunteers:Yes
Standard Ages:ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Women age 18-45 Infertile women who have completed an IVF cycle with PGT at the Colorado Center for Reproductive Medicine (CCRM) that have a mosaic embryo
  2. * Patients can be of any race, culture, sexual orientation or ethnicity
  3. * Patients that are willing to transfer a single embryo
  1. * Patients that do not meet the clinical requirements for an embryo transfer per clinic standards.
  2. * Patients that desire more than a single embryo transfer.
  3. * Patients that are using a gestational carrier.
  4. * Embryonic mosaic PGT results that include chromosome errors 13, 18, 21
  5. * Patients that did not complete their IVF with PGT cycle at the Colorado Center for Reproductive Medicine.
