Study Overview

This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

This study will involve collecting information about the regular medical care you receive for large cutaneous melanocytic nevi (LCMN) or neurocutaneous melanocytosis (NCM).

Participation Criteria

Researchers look for people who fit a certain description, called eligibility criteria. Some examples of these criteria are a person's general health condition or prior treatments.

Standard Ages:CHILD, ADULT, OLDER_ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Patients with LCMN, defined as:
  2. * Dark-colored patch of skin present at birth
  3. * Can be located anywhere on the individual's skin
  4. * May include satellite lesions
  5. * May be associated with hypertrichosis
  6. * histologically or radiographically confirmed CNS melanocytosis.
  7. * Any age at diagnosis.
  8. * Signed informed consent by a patient, or parent/legal guardian.
  9. * Deceased patients can be included provided that parent/legal guardian is contacted at least 6 months after the death of the child and not on the child's birthday or anniversary of death.
  1. * Informed consent has not been provided.
