Study Overview

This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

The purpose of this study is to test the safety and efficacy of repeated doses of ketamine as compared to placebo to reduce symptoms of Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) among Veteran receiving Prolonged Exposure Therapy.

Participation Criteria

Standard Ages:ADULT, OLDER_ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * male or female Veterans between the ages of 18 and 75 years
  2. * diagnosis of PTSD
  3. * ability to provide written informed consent
  1. * females who are currently pregnant or breastfeeding
  2. * current high risk for suicide
  3. * history of moderate/severe head injury
  4. * history of psychosis
  5. * current episode of mania/hypomania
  6. * severe substance and/or alcohol use disorder in the last 6 months
