Study Overview

This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

This study aims to answer whether use of a Vcare® intrauterine manipulator leads to an increased incidence of positive peritoneal cytology in patients undergoing surgical management of early stage (FIGO stage I/II) endometrial cancer.

Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Subjects age 18 or older able to give informed consent
  2. * Biopsy diagnosed endometrial cancer (including endometrioid, serous, mucinous and clear cell histologies)
  3. * Planned standard of care surgical management of early stage endometrial cancer
  4. * No clinical evidence of disseminated intraperitoneal disease
  1. * Final pathology does not reflect diagnosis of endometrial cancer (including endometrioid, serous, mucinous, and clear cell histology)
  2. * Evidence of disseminated intraperitoneal disease
  3. * Subject is not a surgical candidate
  4. * Subject elects for fertility sparing or non-operative management
  5. * Subject is unable to provide informed consent
