This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

This implementation study will examine the best ways to refer heavy smokers to information about lung cancer screening.

Participation Criteria

Researchers look for people who fit a certain description, called eligibility criteria. Some examples of these criteria are a person's general health condition or prior treatments.

Standard Ages:ADULT, OLDER_ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * QUITLINE CALL CENTER STAFF
  2. * Staff member of a quitline
  3. * Aged 18 years and above
  4. * CALLERS (SMOKERS WHO CONTACT THE QUITLINE ABOUT SMOKING CESSATION SERVICES) INCLUSION CRITERIA
  5. * Callers 55-80 years of age
  6. * Current smoker, or former smoker with a cessation history of \< 15 years
  7. * \>= 30 pack-year smoking history
  8. * English-speaking
  1. * CALLERS (SMOKERS WHO CONTACT THE QUITLINE ABOUT SMOKING CESSATION SERVICES) EXCLUSION CRITERIA
  2. * History of lung cancer by self-report
