Study Overview

This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

The goal of this research is to determine whether a Community Health Worker (CHW) intervention including a mobile telehealth (M-Health) component can help achieve long term viral suppression among Black people with poorly controlled HIV.

Participation Criteria

Standard Ages:ADULT, OLDER_ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Ages 18 years or older
  2. * patient from adult HIV outpatient clinic at University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Health System
  3. * self-identify as Black
  4. * uncontrolled viral suppression as determined by treating clinician
  5. * English speaking
  1. * Any other condition(s) that the treating clinician determines would limit participant from meaningful study participation.
