Study Overview

This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

The purpose of the research is to characterize the effect of labetalol, atenolol, and nifedipine on maternal hemodynamics early in pregnancy. Patients will be given medication based on their hemodynamics and asked to return for a repeat measurement.

  1. * Patients presenting to Maternal Hypertension Center at Cabell Huntington Hospital
  2. * English speaking
  3. * 18-45 years old.
  4. * Willing to provide informed consent
  5. * Gestational age prior to 15 weeks gestation
  1. * Non-English speaking patients, patients
  2. * \<18 years old or \>45 years old
  3. * Not willing or able to provide consent
  4. * Gestational age \>15 weeks
