Study Overview

This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

The Investigators propose a two-year, longitudinal pilot study of TS adults (\>18) to determine impact of lifetime environmental stress exposure on tic severity, psychiatric comorbidity severity, and health-related quality of life (HRQOL).

Participation Criteria

Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * adults (\>18) meeting Diagnostic and Statistics Manual, 5th edition (DSM-V) criteria for Tourette syndrome, chronic motor tic disorder, or chronic vocal tic disorder
  2. * ability to provide informed consent
  3. * English proficiency
  1. Pregnancy or breastfeeding
  2. Severe psychiatric disorders
  3. Active substance abuse
  4. Unstable medical conditions
  5. Inability to comply with study requirements
