Genetic Studies of Early-onset Dementia

Study Overview

This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

The aim of this study is to identify genetic factors that contribute to risk and progression of early-onset dementia (loss of memory function before the age of 70 years) across all ethnic groups, including Alzheimer's Disease, mild cognitive impairment and other dementias.

Standard Ages:ADULT, OLDER_ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * 18 years and older
  2. * Individuals diagnosed with dementia, their family members and unrelated healthy controls without dementia.
  1. Pregnancy or breastfeeding
  2. Severe psychiatric disorders
  3. Active substance abuse
  4. Unstable medical conditions
  5. Inability to comply with study requirements
