Participation Criteria

Researchers look for people who fit a certain description, called eligibility criteria. Some examples of these criteria are a person's general health condition or prior treatments.

Eligibility Criteria

  • * anyone aged 65 and over or anyone aged over 50-64 with an indicator of serious illness
  • * non english or spanish speakers those with a POLST legally blind medically non stable requiring ICU level care
