Study Overview

This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

This study is being done to investigate strategies that may improve patient's knowledge of type 2 diabetes during reproductive age and improve knowledge and engagement in self-care activities.

Participation Criteria

Sexes Eligible for Study:FEMALE
Accepts Healthy Volunteers:No
Standard Ages:ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * female
  2. * age 18-44
  3. * English or Spanish-speaking
  4. * have a chart diagnosis of type 2 diabetes
  5. * not currently pregnant
  6. * not infecund, sterilized, or in a monogamous relationship with a sterilized partner
  7. * have a private cell phone with text messaging capability.
  1. * severe, uncorrectable vision, hearing, or cognitive impairments that would preclude study consent or participation
