Study Overview

This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

This study is being done to determine the mechanism(s) contributing to the onset of symptoms (i.e. shortness of breath and/or palpitations) as well as changes in heart structure in patients with congenital heart disease (CHD)

Participation Criteria

Standard Ages:ADULT, OLDER_ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Moderate (or greater) PR based on quantitative Doppler echocardiography.
  2. * Repaired TOF
  3. * Congenital Heart Disease diagnosis including but not limited to Ebstein's anomaly, coarctation of the aorta (COA), Fontan palliation, transposition of the great arteries, congenitally corrected transposition of the great arteries.
  1. * Pregnant Women
  2. * Unable to undergo CMRI
