Study Overview

This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

The goal of this single arm trial is to prospectively evaluate screening methods for anal cancer precursors in HIV uninfected women with a history of lower genital tract neoplasias and cancers.

Participation Criteria

Sexes Eligible for Study:FEMALE
Accepts Healthy Volunteers:No
Standard Ages:ADULT, OLDER_ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Women with a history of pathologically proven high-grade genital HPV-associated neoplastic disease (cervical intraepithelial neoplasia 2+, vulvar intraepithelial neoplasia 2+, or vaginal intraepithelial neoplasia 2+, or history of non-metastatic cervical, vaginal or vulvar cancer)
  2. * Documented HIV seronegativity
  3. * Aged 35 years and older
  4. * Seen in the Mount Sinai Health System (MSHS) or the Harris Health System (HHS) in Houston
  5. * English or Spanish speaking
  1. Pregnancy or breastfeeding
  2. Severe psychiatric disorders
  3. Active substance abuse
  4. Unstable medical conditions
  5. Inability to comply with study requirements
