This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

The purpose of this study is to learn how different resistance training programs affects blood sugar in young athletes with T1DM.

Participation Criteria

Sexes Eligible for Study:ALL
Accepts Healthy Volunteers:No
Standard Ages:CHILD
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * ≥ 13 years of age
  2. * ≥2 years from date of T1DM diagnosis
  3. * Prior exposure to strength and conditioning
  4. * HbA1C ≤ 10%
  5. * Actively utilizing continuous glucose monitoring for diabetes management
  1. * Physical limitation that may impede ability to complete study procedures
  2. * Non-English-speaking individual
