Study Overview

This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

The goal of the PROMISE study is to determine how pre-conception lifestyle factors (e.g., sleep, nutrition, physical activity) affect short- and long-term reproductive outcomes.

Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Women ages 18-44 seeking pregnancy at Northwestern Fertility and Reproductive Medicine (FRM) who agree to
  2. 1. Be followed for a period for up to 25 years
  3. 2. Share information regarding their child's health
  4. * No prior IVF cycles
  1. * Women using donor oocytes or gestational carriers
  2. * Inability or unwillingness to provide informed consent for any aspects of the study
