Study Overview

This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

Establish a interstitial lung disease (ILD) registry and biorepository to lead towards a further understanding of the disease.

Participation Criteria

Standard Ages:ADULT, OLDER_ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. 1. The participant is a patient at TUKHS or has agreed to participate in a study approved by the KUMC Human Research Protection Program (HRPP)
  2. 2. The participant is being followed for the presence of autoimmune disease, ILD or other rare lung diseases at TUKHS.
  3. 3. The participant is ≥ 18 years of age.
  4. 4. The participant has signed an approved consent for this study (living patients only)
  1. Pregnancy or breastfeeding
  2. Severe psychiatric disorders
  3. Active substance abuse
  4. Unstable medical conditions
  5. Inability to comply with study requirements
