Participation Criteria

Standard Ages:ADULT, OLDER_ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Kidney transplant recipient aged 18 or greater
  2. * Post-transplant months 2-12
  3. * eGFR \>= 20 mL/min
  4. * Have at least one of the following:
  5. 1. Hypertension history (BP \>= 150/90 or on BP medications)
  6. 2. Hyperglycemia history (FBG \>= 100 x 2 or on diabetes medications)
  7. 3. Overweight (BMI \>= 25)
  1. * Rejection episode before study enrollment
  2. * Gastrointestinal feeding tube or requires alternative nutrition
  3. * Unable to understand or read English
  4. * Unable to attend online classes or complete study questionnaires independently
  5. * Already eating a plant-based diet
  6. * Unwilling to make dietary changes
  7. * Pregnant or breastfeeding
  8. * Unable to consent
  9. * Blindness
  10. * Prisoners
