Study Overview

This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

The goal of this study is to use and adapt existing digital mental health technologies to advance the engagement, assessment, detection, treatment, and delivery of services for pediatric mental health in families from underserved communities.

Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Are receiving care at specified Rush University Health System and University of Illinois at Chicago Pediatric Primary Care locations
  2. * Are between 13-17 years of age
  3. * Are able to speak and read in English
  4. * Symptoms of anxiety disorder
  1. * Absence of the above inclusion criteria.
