Study Overview

This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

This study aims to adapt the current Youth-Nominated Support Team (YST) manual used to treat suicide risk for people at clinical high risk for psychosis.

Participation Criteria

Researchers look for people who fit a certain description, called eligibility criteria. Some examples of these criteria are a person's general health condition or prior treatments.

Ages Eligible for Study:12 Years to 25 Years
Sexes Eligible for Study:ALL
Accepts Healthy Volunteers:No
Standard Ages:CHILD, ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * A person with suicidal ideation in the past 3 months or suicidal attempt in the past year
  2. * A person who is receiving or has received treatment for psychosis risk symptoms
  3. * Between the ages of 12-25
  1. * Cannot have participated in the first 2 phases of the study (focus groups and adaption of the YST-CHR manual)
