Participation Criteria

  • * HIV positive
  • * At least 40 years of age
  • * English-speaking
  • * Existing clinical atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD)
  • * Pregnant
  • * Unwilling/unable to provide informed consent
  • * Does not own a smartphone
