This PMCF study evaluates the safety and performance of OrthoPulse photobiomodulation to accelerate tooth movement during alignment with fixed appliances.

Participation Criteria

Researchers look for people who fit a certain description, called eligibility criteria. Some examples of these criteria are a person's general health condition or prior treatments.

Standard Ages:ADULT, OLDER_ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Age: at least 18 years
  2. * Indication for an orthodontic treatment with fixed appliances
  3. * Presence of a written declaration
  4. * Permanent dentition
  5. * Class I-III malocclusion
  6. * Between 4-10mm of crowding (estimated traditionally) in anterior teeth in mandibular arch (This will depend on the time we choose for the endpoint)
  1. * Simultaneous participation in another clinical investigation or study
  2. * Prior participation in this study
  3. * Persons who have been placed in an institution as a result of an administrative or judicial order
  4. * Persons who are dependent on the sponsor, Investigator or the investigation site
  5. * Anterior cross bite
  6. * Spaces between anterior teeth
  7. * Extractions or missing permanent teeth (except for third molars)
  8. * No anticipated requirement of auxiliary appliances and/or elastics during treatment during alignment phase
  9. * Acute oral infection or periodontal disease
  10. * Active caries
  11. * Pregnant patients or patients planning to become pregnant
