Study Overview

This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

This intervention study will use parent-, provider-, and health center-level strategies to promote HPV vaccination among 11-17 year olds receiving care in 8 community health centers in Florida, will explore factors related to the intervention effect, and will explore implementation outcomes of the intervention.

Participation Criteria

Standard Ages:ADULT, OLDER_ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * For Staff:
  2. * 18 years of age or older
  3. * Working within the participating Federally Qualified Health Center system
  4. * Able to read, write and speak English
  5. * For Providers:
  6. * 18 years of age or older
  7. * Working within the participating Federally Qualified Health Center system
  8. * Interacting with parents of adolescents ages 11-17
  9. * Able to read, write and speak English
  10. * For parents:
  11. * Parent of 11-17 year old child that has received care within the prior two months at one of the participating Federally Qualified Health Centers
  12. * Whose child has not initiated or completed the HPV vaccine series at the time of their last visit
  13. * Able to read, write and speak English or Spanish, or Haitian Creole
  1. Pregnancy or breastfeeding
  2. Severe psychiatric disorders
  3. Active substance abuse
  4. Unstable medical conditions
  5. Inability to comply with study requirements
