This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

The purpose and objective of this study is to improve cholesterol treatment among blood donors with FH (Familial Hypercholesterolemia).

Participation Criteria

Researchers look for people who fit a certain description, called eligibility criteria. Some examples of these criteria are a person's general health condition or prior treatments.

Ages Eligible for Study:18 Years to 75 Years
Sexes Eligible for Study:ALL
Accepts Healthy Volunteers:No
Standard Ages:ADULT, OLDER_ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Blood donors from Carter BloodCare with high cholesterol meeting MEDPED FH criteria
  2. * Age 18 to 75 years
  1. * Currently taking medication to lower cholesterol
  2. * Taking any medication that can interact with statins
  3. * Pregnancy
  4. * Identified secondary cause of elevated lipids
  5. * Chronic liver disease or significantly elevated liver function tests (\> 3 times upper limit)
