Study Overview

This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

The purpose of this research is to compare sympathetic function (flight or fight system) and arterial health including structure and mechanics of participants with history of spontaneous coronary artery dissection (SCAD) to age and sex matched control participants.

Standard Ages:ADULT, OLDER_ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * For SCAD patients: history of SCAD as confirmed by coronary angiography or cardiac computed tomography angiography
  2. * For controls: no cardiac disease history
  1. * Pregnancy
  2. * Known or suspected unstable cardiac condition within 4 weeks of the study
  3. * Active treatment with anticoagulation or dual antiplatelet therapy
  4. * Prisoner
