This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Investigators will conduct a pilot randomized controlled trial assessing the efficacy and feasibility of the newly developed Family Media Check-In (FMC).

  1. * Children between the ages of 11 and 17
  2. * Parent/guardian of a child between the ages of 11 and 17
  3. * English speaking
  1. * Parent/guardian or child does not want to participate (i.e., dyads only)
  2. * Non-English speaking
