Study Overview

This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

This cluster-randomized community-partnered study will examine the effectiveness of a racial-, gender-, and economic-justice focused youth violence prevention program called Forging Hopeful Futures with youth ages 13-19.

Participation Criteria

  3. 3. Participants must live in the participating neighborhoods, attend schools in the participating neighborhoods, or use participating facilities
  4. 4. Participants must be able to provide follow up contact information
