Study Overview

This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

This study will evaluate, via a cluster-randomized controlled trial, the effectiveness of a community-centered intervention that promotes thriving and resiliency to reduce community violence.

Participation Criteria

Standard Ages:CHILD, ADULT, OLDER_ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * youth age 13 years old and up (all genders)
  2. * adults 18 years and older (all genders)
  3. * reside in neighborhoods selected to participate in the study
  1. * individuals younger than 13 years old
  2. * individuals residing outside of participating neighborhoods
