To assess feasibility and acceptability of of integrating Food Rx and Best Feeding Practices with EFNEP participants via a pilot study.

Participation Criteria

Ages Eligible for Study:18 Years to 64 Years
Sexes Eligible for Study:ALL
Accepts Healthy Volunteers:Yes
Standard Ages:ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Living in Harris or Fort Bend counties
  2. * being a parent of a child 4-8 years old
  3. * ability to speak in English or Spanish
  4. * have ready access to a telephone
  5. * have access to the Internet with a smart phone, a tablet, a laptop, or a desktop computer
  1. * parents of children with disabilities and/or those on prescription medications that affect weight and/or appetite
  2. * parents who are not able to complete self-report questionnaires
