Study Overview

This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

This is pilot study to establish a rapid autopsy program in Small Cell Lung Cancer (SCLC) at the Indiana University Simon Comprehensive Cancer Center and outline the components necessary for tumor tissue collection.

Participation Criteria

Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. 1. ≥ 18 years old at the time of informed consent
  2. 2. Written informed consent and HIPAA authorization for release of personal health information.
  3. 3. Active SCLC diagnosis.
  1. Pregnancy or breastfeeding
  2. Severe psychiatric disorders
  3. Active substance abuse
  4. Unstable medical conditions
  5. Inability to comply with study requirements
