The purpose of this study is to inform healthcare interventions to reduce the disparities in liver transplant listing and in transplantation.

Participation Criteria

Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. Age 18 years or older
  2. Willing and able to provide informed consent
  3. Able to understand and follow study procedures
  4. Stable medical condition
  1. * Patients with more than one system with end stage organ dysfunction, dementia, cognitive or sensory impairment, prior solid organ transplant.
  2. * Patients with potential medical exclusions for transplant.
