Eligibility Criteria

  • * Age \< 18 years
  • * Emergency surgery
  • * Outpatient surgery
  • * Pregnancy
  • * End-stage renal disease requiring dialysis
  • * Diagnosed myocardial ischemia and/or cardiac revascularization within the past month
