This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Participation Criteria

Standard Ages:ADULT, OLDER_ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * 18 years and older
  2. * Willing and able to comply with all aspects of the protocol
  1. * History of allogenic bone marrow transplant
  2. * History of allogenic stem cell transplant
  3. * Anything that would place the individual at increased risk or preclude an individual's: 1) full compliance with study requirements; or 2) completion of the study based on the assessment from local consenting and enrolling Investigators.
