This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

Examining the validity of a novel 3 oz protocol in patients with tracheostomies as compared to the gold standard of instrumental swallow assessments (Flexible Endoscopic Evaluation of the Swallow or Modified Barium Swallow Study).

Participation Criteria

Accepts Healthy Volunteers:No
Standard Ages:ADULT, OLDER_ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Has a tracheostomy
  2. * Able to remain alert for testing
  3. * Not on a modified diet for pre-existing dysphagia
  4. * No head of bed restrictions
  5. * Not NPO by physician for any reason other than possible dysphagia
  6. * At least 18 years old
  1. * Does not have a tracheostomy
  2. * Unable to remain alert for testing
  3. * On a modified diet due to pre-existing dysphagia
  4. * Head of bed restrictions for greater than or equal to 30 degrees
  5. * NPO by physician for reasons other than possible dysphagia
  6. * Less than 18 years old
