Study Overview

This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

The goal of this clinical trial is to compare the efficacy and safety of air versus carbon dioxide gas insufflation for endoscopy in children. The main question\[s\] it aims to answer are: •to determine safety of CO2 Assess patient comfort (abdominal pain, flatulence and bloating) with CO2 use when compared to air.

Participation Criteria

Standard Ages:CHILD, ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. Age 18 years or older
  2. Willing and able to provide informed consent
  3. Able to understand and follow study procedures
  4. Stable medical condition
  1. * Patients with American Society of Anesthesiology (ASA) Physical Status Classification System of 4 and above
  2. * Children with chronic lung disease,
  3. * Children who are wards of the state will be excluded.
  4. * Children needing language interpreting services that is not Spanish.
