Study Overview

This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

This is an experimental study to evaluate the efficacy of a Virtual Reality aid Physical Therapy (VRPT) in increasing the physical activity levels and quality of life of children.

Participation Criteria

Sexes Eligible for Study:ALL

Standard Ages:CHILD, ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Between age 7-25
  2. * has an active physical therapy consultation
  3. * Anticipated inpatient stay for more than 2 days
  1. * Legal guardian not present to obtain consent
  2. * child with a significant neurological condition, or major developmental disability
  3. * child with active infection of the face or hand
  4. * a history of severe motion sickness
  5. * a history of seizures cause by flashing light
  6. * Major surgery within the last 48 hours
