Study Overview

This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness and mechanism of action of Losartan in the treatment of coarctation of aorta.

Participation Criteria

Standard Ages:ADULT, OLDER_ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * B/S1 hypertension
  2. * SBP 100-139 average based on 3 office measurements.
  3. * Age 18 or Older
  4. * Previous COA Repair
  1. * Currently on beta blocker (BB) therapy
  2. * Pregnancy/lactating
  3. * eGFR\<30
  4. * Hyperkalemia (serum potassium \>5.5mmol/L)
  5. * Severe Aortic or Mitral valve stenosis or regurgitation
  6. * Epicardial CAD diagnosis
  7. * Received antihypertensive medications within the past year
