Study Overview

This clinical trial focuses on testing the efficacy of different digital interventions to promote re-engagement in cancer-related long-term follow-up care for adolescent and young adult (AYA) survivors of childhood cancer.

Description

The purpose of this study is to evaluate a web-based education tool geared at helping Adolescent and Young Adult (AYA) patients better understand fertility and genetic risks for cancer in future offspring.

Participation Criteria

Sexes Eligible for Study:ALL
Accepts Healthy Volunteers:No
Standard Ages:ADULT
Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Adults between the ages of 18-39
  2. * Must have received Cancer care at Moffitt Cancer Center
  3. * Participants must consider having a child in the future or have had children at the time of diagnosis
  4. * Participants must be able to speak and read English
  5. * Participants must have access to a device that can connect to the internet
  1. * Any participants who do not meet all Inclusion Criteria
