Study Overview

Description

The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate if prophylactic antibiotics in urethral bulking are effective in reducing postprocedural urinary tract infections.

Inclusion CriteriaExclusion Criteria
  1. * Patients scheduled to undergo a urethral bulking procedure
  2. * Age 18 ≥ over
  1. * History of recurrent urinary tract infections
  2. * Known history of urinary retention
  3. * Allergies or contraindications to multiple antibiotics
  4. * Inability to tolerate oral antibiotics
  5. * Concomitant surgical procedures at the time of urethral bulking
  6. * Pregnant or breastfeeding
